New York & Co. - Turnaround Firing On All Cylinders

Women's apparel retailer New York & Company (NYSE:NWY) is a company that sells wear-to-work clothing and accessories in the US under various brand names within its New York & Co. branded stores. The company had some very tough years, and as a result, the stock had fallen into the low single digits in 2011 and into 2012. Back in February, I made a call that NWY was undervalued based upon its turnaround efforts. The stock, I maintain, was being discounted based upon the perception that NWY's right-sizing and sourcing efforts wouldn't pay off for shareholders.
