Community Trust Bancorp (NASDAQ:CTBI) is a $601 million bank holding company that operates 81 branches through its subsidiaries in Kentucky, West Virginia and Tennessee. When last reported, the bank had $3.67 billion in assets, $2.93 billion in deposits and a book value of $25.98 per share. Now that shares trade 33.92% above their November lows of $28.79, I thought it would be a good time to review the bank's most recent performance and current financial position to assess whether or not CTBI is a buy.
