Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Monday July 15.

Bullish Calls:

US Airways (LCC): "I think it goes to mid 20s initially and then goes much higher (if deal with American Airlines is approved)."

Pfizer (NYSE:PFE), Bristol-Myers (NYSE:BMY): "I like PFE. Bristol-Myers pulled back. If you get that under $45, that is also a buy."

HomeStreet (NASDAQ:HMST): "I think that is a good bank. We had management on. I think that stock can go much higher."

B&G (NYSE:BGS), ConAgra (NYSE:CAG): "B&G is doing better than Pinnacle. I think B&G is giving it a run for the money on acquisitions and so is ConAgra."

Bearish Calls:

Pinnacle Foods (NYSE:PF): "I got frustrated by this in action alerts (Cramer's charitable trust). We made 10%, so we said, 'Let's move on.' I need to see another quarter." (Cramer prefers B&G Foods and ConAgra to PF).
