Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Monday July 22.

Bullish Calls:

Halliburton (NYSE:HAL), Schlumberger (NYSE:SLB): "Halliburton had a decent quarter, Schlumberger had a better quarter. They are both at their 52 week highs. I like HAL, but I prefer SLB."

Ford (NYSE:F): "The stock went to $17. I don't know if they can repeat that right now. Wait for them to report, then I'd be a buyer."

Disney (NYSE:DIS): "Is a long-term buy."

Praxair (NYSE:PX): "I like these air plays .... compressed gases."

Bearish Calls:

Annaly (NYSE:NLY): "I want you to sell it. The yield did not make up for the losses. I hope it bounces. If it gets to $13 or $14 you can sell. I like it, but it is a tough environment."

Cooper Tire (NYSE:CTB): "Ring the register. You just won, my friend."
