Thor: 20% Upside But We Are Waiting For A Pullback

Overview

Thor (NYSE:THO) is a solid company and our favorite in the specialty vehicle industry. We believe that the company has solid potential upside, but they are a bit overvalued at these levels. We would like to see a slight pullback in the stock before we will buy it. At this point, though, the company is the best name in the industry and has attractive diversification and cyclical growth capabilities.

Thor Industries has pretty solid value levels that should interest buyers. The company is in a cyclically strong growth mode, but they are priced fairly cheap. The company's future PE at 14.7 is below the 15 level we look at for value. The company
