Linkwell Corporation Announces Financial Results for the First Six Months of 2006

SHANGAHI, CHINA, August 22, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE) - Linkwell Corporation (OTCBB: LWLL), a leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of healthcare related disinfectants in China, today announced its financial results for the first six months ended June 30, 2006.

The Company recorded revenues of approximately $3.331 million for the first six months of 2006; a 57% increase from $2.12 million recorded for the first six months of 2005. Income from operations increased to approximately $551,492 for the first six months of 2006, a 179% increase over $197,638 in operating income reported for the first six months of 2005. Net Income increased to $407,197 or EPS at $0.01 per share for the first months of 2006, an increase of $581,924 from a loss of $172,730 for the first six months of 2005. The shareholders equity increased to $3.417 million, a 271% increase over $920,675 on June 30, 2005.
