Oxford Resource Partners (OXF), the company, is not a 'gem' in the natural resource group - by far. With flat revenue, losses, a high debt load, and its limited partner unit prices near all-time lows, it is nowhere on the radar of the momentum crowd - at least, not yet. Heck, it will show up at the bottom of even the most popular value screens.
