The recent rise in interest rates has triggered declines in traditional high yield sectors such as Utilities, Consumer Staples, Master Limited Partnerships (MLPS) and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). I have been looking through some of the sell-off for high yield opportunities that are now providing attractive entry points. I particularly like some of the REIT space here.
