Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday September 8.
Bullish Calls:
Potash (POT): "Hey, listen, it has come under pressure… the whole fertilizer cohorts going down. I remain convinced that POT remains a buy, that after we get through the Chinese buying season, we are going to see Potash go back up.. it is my favorite fertilizer play."
Altria (MO): "It has got unbelievable management, because it has a fabulous dividend. I think that MO’s dividend which was raised recently can go higher… this stock has $20 all over it."
Peabody Energy (BTU): "Coal is powerful… I will give coal that. I saw the coal stocks ramping… if you have to own a coal stock, I am going to send you to BTU."
Bearish Calls:
Monsanto (MON)
Sprint-Nextel (S): "We have an anti-trust department in the Justice Department… that is terrible… they are probably going to block any acquisition of Sprint. So I am going don’t buy, don’t buy mode until it goes under $3... because the quarter ain’t so hot."
Patriot Coal (PCX)
