Emcore (NASDAQ:EMKR) hasn't quite doubled within a recent quarter but has increased from $4.23 in December of 2012 to $6.65 in early February of this year. Being a stock I've held for awhile, I figured it would provide a decent test case for my price-doubling theory. Company-specific analysis will be covered later in this article.
