The company provides water-related services including storage, treatment, transmission, wastewater collection and others. It owns assets in the Arkansas River Valley in Colorado and in the Denver area. In addition, the company provides wholesale water services to municipalities that then provide end-user services. The company only has four full-time employees, very little revenue and is losing money each quarter.
