Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Tuesday August 13.

Bullish Calls:

Krispy Kreme (NYSE:KKD): "You can take out the house's money, but I think it is a buy, and I'm not reversing my stance."

Microchip Technology (NASDAQ:MCHP): "I like this because it has the best yield of the group and now it has earnings momentum."

Opko Health (NYSE:OPK): Cramer prefers Opko Health to Mannkind.

Regions Financial (NYSE:RF), KeyCorp (NYSE:KEY), First Horizon (NYSE:FHN), Huntington Bancshares (NASDAQ:HBAN): "Regions is still too low compared to where it used to be, although my favorites are KeyCorp, First Horizon and Huntington Bancshares, in that order."

Bearish Calls:

Alcoa (NYSE:AA): "Management is doing a remarkable job, but there is too much aluminum in the world."

3D (NYSE:DDD): "You are going to see some weakness in that group."

Nordic American Tankers (NYSE:NAT): "I'm disappointed. Management should have done a better job. I didn't know rates were going to be so bad. It is too low to sell."

BioCryst (NASDAQ:BCRX): "It is not my kind of name. Forget it."

IBM (NYSE:IBM): "The easy money has been made, and it is too hard right now. I would sell."

MannKind (NASDAQ:MNKD): "Too speculative for me (Cramer prefers Opko Health)."
