Octagon88: A Zero In Any Book

Investors who are looking to own an oil company that will enrich shareholders should avoid Octagon88 (OTCPK:OCTX). Many people wonder what it would have been like to invest in Exxon or BP when they were just fledgling companies, unscrupulous stock promoters prey on this and as a result many stock promotions involve "development stage" oil or energy companies. As is currently stands, it appears that Octagon88 is set up to enrich insiders at the cost of current shareholders. In a previous article I highlighted some promotions that I believed were inflating the price. In this article I would like to highlight the numerous other concerns I have regarding Octagon88.
