One of the favorite REIT performers in my SALSA portfolio (featured in my newsletter) is Extra Space Self Storage (EXR). The Salt Lake City-based REIT has returned over 16% year-to-date and an over 413% since the company went public around nine years ago.
One of the primary reasons that I decided to include Extra Space in the SALSA portfolio was because of the exceptional history of growth. I explained my bullish arguments (regarding Extra Space) in a recent article:
