Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Monday October 19.

Bullish Calls:

Teradyne (NYSE:TER): "I have been behind Teradyne for close to 100%… And you know what? I am not backing away… semi-conductors make a lot of money and then they go buy equipment.. the companies like Teradyne that test equipment do well… that is what is a smokin' buy."

Cypress Semiconductor (NASDAQ:CY): "That quarter was good… I would be a buyer… I think the stock is being hurt by the fact that it is up so much for heavens sake… that is a winner."

Siemens (SI): "Monster stock in a monster European recovery."

Bank of American (NYSE:BAC): "This is an unbelievably difficult situation… however, it is inexpensive… you are going to see $20... but boy was that difficult to understand… I am sticking with it."

Bearish Calls:

Digital River (NASDAQ:DRIV): "An e-commerce play… I have to tell you something… I would rather cry me a river after that quarter… I mean you know it leads to the ocean… forget about it partner."

Ares Capital (NYSE:ARE): " I do not trust that dividend.. as a matter of fact, I am throwing the red flag… I genuinely believe that we have to be worried about companies that have that kind of mid market debt… that has been dangerous so far."

Eastman Kodak (EK): "I mean like every dog has its day… but this has had like 40 days already… I am not getting in bed with Eastman Kodak, too many fleas… maybe some bed bugs."

Digital River (DRIV): "An e-commerce play… I have to tell you something… I would rather cry me a river after that quarter… I mean you know it leads to the ocean… forget about it partner."
