Take Charge, STAG Looks More Like A Rhino Than A REIT

STAG Industrial (NYSE:STAG) listed on the New York Stock Exchange in April 2011 and since that time the Boston-based REIT is up over 65%.

I started following (and writing on) STAG in November 2011 when shares traded at around $10.04 and I warmed up to the small cap REIT around 16 months after the IPO when shares hit $15.30 (article here). Then in January 2013 I wrote a third article and "I summed up my course of action in one simple word: Wow!" STAG shares were then trading at $18.12 and I saw more runway ahead for the Industrial sector REIT.
