Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Tuesday August 27.

Bullish Calls:

Urban Outfitters (NASDAQ:URBN), TJX (NYSE:TJX): "Bingo. That is exactly what I was thinking. Circle back to the winners in this market. Urban is one of these winners. TJX is also a winner. That's right. You have horse sense."

Fortinet (NASDAQ:FTNT): Cramer prefers Fortinet to Checkpoint.

Bearish Calls:

New Residential Investment (NYSE:NRZ): "I have one thing to say about all of these housing and mortgage-related plays: Sell, sell, sell. This is a taper nightmare."

Activision (NASDAQ:ATVI): "It is finally waking up from its slumber. We have 4th quarter introductions of hardware. Rather than sell, don't buy."

America Movil (NYSE:AMX): "I don't want to be in a Latin American stock. Emerging markets are getting hit, and this will get hit too."

Intel (NASDAQ:INTC), Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT): "Intel is being buoyed by its dividend. Microsoft is looking for a new CEO, but these don't have the growth I'm looking for."

Mylan (NASDAQ:MYL): "I'm surprised it is doing so well. It is a commodity player. I don't see the value."

SandRidge (NYSE:SD): "That is problematic ... I regard it as a total spec, but the specs are very dangerous in this market, because there are a lot of things that are wrong."

Checkpoint (NYSE:CKP): Cramer prefers Fortinet.

ImmunoGen (NASDAQ:IMGN): "I didn't like the fact that Dan Junius was named the acting CFO. That is a big job, to be the CEO and the acting CFO. This has become a wait and see. I want to see who they get as CFO. I didn't like this. I like Dan. I like IMGN. We've been behind it, but I'm pulling the red flag every time you have this kind of situation."
