I try to be a long-term thinker, and as someone who is very bullish on oil prices for the long term I've decided that I want to own companies that sit on vast amounts of resource in the ground.
I'm talking about manufacturing style resource play and oil sands development.
My theory is simple. Right now, with current oil prices and technologies only a small amount of the oil in those resource plays can be recovered. I believe that over time with rising oil prices, improving techniques and improving technologies the amount of oil that can be recovered from these plays will increase significantly.
