Is Triangle Capital's Dividend Sustainable?

On Wednesday August 28th, 2013, lower middle market Business Development Company (BDC) Triangle Capital Corporation (NYSE:TCAP) announced a third quarter 2013 dividend of $0.54, unchanged from the prior period. Since going public in 2007, TCAP will now have paid a quarterly dividend on twenty nine occasions. The latest distribution is to be paid out on September 25th to shareholders of record as of September 11th.
