Wendy's/Arby's Group (WEN): "It has been a drag, but I see a turn in its fortune. I would stay in it. May be a terrific spec and I'm not backing away."

Warner Chilcott (WCRX): "Stock's pretty high..70 cents off its high. I continue to like it...will go higher after closing its deal."

Bearish Calls:

Pre-Paid Legal Services (PPD): "Legal service business is consistent and done well...I don't know how it can accelerate from here, so I'm saying don't buy."

International Bancshares (IBOC): "We had a big hit in that, we are not looking back. We liked it much lower."

Suntech Power (STP): "We need subsidies for solar and we need oil to be at $90, so we aren't going to buy that."

Not wall Wendys serve breakfast in the area where I live. Found two. Ask the others I ate at if they knew about the new menu and they didn't know a thing. Of course I am talking about the workers not owners. Once they implement the breakfast menu, the corporation will do much better. McDonalds, Carls, and Jack In the Garbage's food is poor quality compared to Wendys.
