I have found water utilities to be attractive investments over the past several years. I believe that water utilities are able to provide stable, predictable earnings, pay fair and growing dividends to shareholders and provide a margin of safety during periods of market turmoil due to their essential service. For that reason have become a very attractive asset class.

These qualities are of particular interest to investors that are concerned with generating a safe, growing income stream.
