Qumu Growth Suggests Rimage Is Significantly Undervalued

Big business is finding it can't turn to Google's YouTube to provide enterprise wide video. Public consumer-friendly video services lack the security and functionality necessary. Instead, companies are embracing solutions from a variety of new and established vendors, including Qumu -- a fast growing segment within small cap company Rimage (RIMG).

Rimage acquired Qumu to gain scale in enterprise video as part of its strategy to diversify away from its legacy enterprise CD publishing solution, a business suffering from sagging sales as clients shift away from sharing information via physical discs.
