Lilly (LLY), Brown-Forman (BFB), Campbell (CPB), Simon Property (SPG), Procter & Gamble (PG): Cramer suggests using Standard & Poor's annual reblancing of indices on Friday as a good opportunity to move on five stocks. First, he would pick up LLY because it is coming out with a number of new drugs, and Brown-Forman which produces Jack Daniels and is very close to a pure spirits play like Diageo (DEO) in Europe. He suggests cashing in on SPG and Campbell which he notes has had a "gigantic run" but cautions that anyone who doesn't sell CPB here is "being a hog." Although PG is "pinned near $60" Cramer thinks it will go up to $65 and urges investors to "buy some now, buy some at the bell tommorrow."
