Well you can't blame George one bit for what went wrong, he did all the right things, just like the Gipper would have done. He reduced taxes, virtually eliminated them for the wealthy, deregulated everything he could, if he couldn't get it deregulated he put in reliable people like Cox to make sure all the heavy hitters could do anything they wanted to do with impunity.

Like I say, you can't blame George, he pushed all the right levers in the right direction but things still went bad.

Things are going to get even worse because Obama and the Democrats are starting to push all the levers in the wrong direction, no doubt if McCain had won and kept doing like George did we would be out of the woods by now.

Deregulating everything is what got us in this mess. If he was regulating the subprime mortgages there would never have been a crisis. The guy is so border line retarded that he makes chimps looking intelligent. Worst President ever

The consensus seems to have been for +3%, but late today, word spread that GS was looking at +2.7%....(given their "special relationship" with the Feds, I'd be willing to wager they're closer to the mark).

    I guess we'll know tomorrow.
