Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday October 27.

Bullish Calls:

Bank of America (NYSE:BAC): "Bank of America's come down way too much."

Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM): "Qualcomm has come down too much."

Citigroup (NYSE:C): "Now, Citigroup is a tougher phenomenon, because that is a speculative buy. I recommended it in the $3s... It ran up to $5. I said, at that price, I like Bank of America more."

Wendy's/Arby's (NASDAQ:WEN): " I know, I know, it's been a drag! Can I urge you to stick with it? I still think it's still got a good call, because of the breakfast in the morning."

Gilead (NASDAQ:GILD): "I have now seen my favorite, Gilead Sciences Inc. so crushed that I... it's a couple of points over its 52-week low. That represents better value than Amgen."

Smart Balance (SMBL): "You know what... I am confused myself. The book value is... it's a dollar under the book value, maybe more, and the company's making money. I have to urge you to stick with it. I think that seems like an interesting stock. I think you're on to something. I think you have horse sense."

Verizon (NYSE:VZ), Windstream (NASDAQ:WIN): "It's got a 6% yield, and we are not going to fool around. We like that. Now also, don't forget, we like Windstream Corporation. Boy, has he been right. That stock has hit a 52-week high almost every day... but it still yields 10%. That's a better play. If we're going to get telco, we want yield."

FLIR Systems (NASDAQ:FLIR), NICE Systems (NASDAQ:NICE), ArcSight (ARST)

Syniverse Holdings (SVR): "I actually considered it as a replacement when we got that absolutely fantastic bid for one of the companies that we were recommending, and I've got to tell you something. It could be in the universe after we get the next one that goes. I think you've got a winner there. I think that's a terrific situation."

Innophos Holdings (NASDAQ:IPHS), Olin (NYSE:OLN): "Kind of a pastiche. A 3.3% yield... I like that.... I like Olin with a 5% yield."

Qlogic (NASDAQ:QLGC), NetApp (NASDAQ:NTAP), EMC (NYSE:EMC): "You know what? Qlogic is... this is a network storage company that has absolutely been on fire. That is the strongest group. I like NetApp, Inc. too. I like EMC . I'm going with the kit and caboodle... all three... buy, buy, buy! And I like them in the 4th quarter too."

Bearish Calls:

Amgen (NASDAQ:AMGN): "It's neither here nor there. Don't buy, don't buy."

Activision (NASDAQ:ATVI): "No, no... We do not like the video game business...we think it's played out."

Leap Wireless (LEAP): "Oh jeez... disappointing, disappointing, disappointing."

SAIC (SAI):" I looked at that company. I don't like it as much as FLIR Systems Inc. I think that's better. I like ArcSight, Inc. more."
