Right Place, Right Time

If you have been paying attention to the media sector recently, you will have noticed significant mergers and acquisitions activity occurring. I believe that this is a very logical outcome, given the changes that media companies have been facing in the past several years as emerging technology erodes the once dominant positions that many of these companies have enjoyed.

After observing activity in the sector for the past year I have come to believe that this media consolidation wave, from my perspective, is happening in two parts and that investors stand to benefit significantly.
