As a long-term investor, it has consistently proven very profitable to buy the stocks I like when they dip in conjunction with broad market weakness. So, I'm trying to write about my favorite picks as quickly as possible since I think several of the best market-wide buying opportunities of this year will occur soon.
For that reason, I had mixed feelings when my CECO Environmental (CECE) shares popped up ~7% today (9/30), not only in one day, but notably on a day when all indexes were well in the red....
