Chinese wireless value-added service provider files for IPO

Sina.com reports that Chinese wireless value-added service provider Hurray filed with the SEC on Wednesday to list on NASDAQ. According to the application, the company plans to issue 6,880,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs), representing 688,000,000 ordinary shares of the company. One ADS is expected to be priced between US$9.60 and US$11.60. Citigroup, Piper Jaffray and ThinkEquity Partners LLC are the underwriters. Hurray's stock symbol is HRAY. The company recorded US$39.4 million revenues and US$11.9 million profit in the first three quarters of 2004.
