Miriam Metzinger submits: Stocks discussed in the lightning round session of Jim Cramer’s Mad Money TV program, Friday September 22. Click on a stock ticker for more analysis:
ZymoGenetics (ZGEN): 'No one's focused on it. It's at a 52-week low. Hey c'mon, let's start the buying process! Buy, buy, buy!'
Four Seasons (FS)
BE Aerospace (BEAV): '... a great play on the aerospace cycle, which does not have to do with the economic cycle. I just think that BEAV should be bought.'
Hewlett-Packard (HPQ): 'I want you to cover it, because Patricia Dunn is done! I think that Mark Hurd will be exonerated. I think that the stock is just a huge buy. I think it all much ado about nothing.'
J Crew (JCG): 'Pretty, fabulous and great. At $28, goes to $34. I like the stock.'
Goldman Sachs (GS): 'The only thing that I will say about BSC that's negative, is swap out of BSC and go into GS!'
Bear Stearns (BSC): 'Now c'mon! That's one of the greatest stocks around.'
FedEx (FDX): 'If you like the trucking business, my friend, I'm sending you to FDX, before their analyst meeting. That's the win in that transport business! Don't forget, oil coming down - a very big beneficiary.'
Quest Diagnostics (DGX)
Pier 1 Imports (PIR): 'I do not recommend stocks on a takeover basis, if the fundamentals are in decline.'
Landstar System (LSTR)
Nordson (NDSN): 'Tough, tough call, man. This is one of those companies - it's weird - it's adhesives, it's sealants, it's coatings. It's one of these companies that is off the radar screen. It is so low that I don't know why people aren't buying it. But, you know what? I can't bless it, because I have not checked in with NDSN in a couple of years.'
JDSU (JDSU): 'Your time has come and gone. You told a good story. You didn't make the numbers. I'm giving you the giant sell - sell, sell, sell!'
