  3. At least two sellers decreased their holdings by more than 10%.

There have been four different insiders selling Eagle Materials and there have not been any insiders buying Eagle Materials during the past 30 days. All four of these insiders decreased their holdings by more than 10%. Eagle Materials has an insider ownership of 1.10%.

Eagle Materials is trading at a P/E ratio of 49.31 and a forward P/E ratio of 17.01. The company has a book value of $14.82 per share and the stock has a dividend yield of 0.53%.

Before entering short Eagle Materials, I would like to get a bearish confirmation from the Point and Figure chart. The two main reasons for the proposed short entry are high P/S ratio and the intensive insider selling activity.
