Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday December 1.

Bullish Calls:

Cloud Peak Energy (NYSE:CLD): "If you bought it where I said, you're down a dollar... Now, let's think about this... Coal... is it the fuel of the future? I think so. Unfortunately I think so. I'd like natural gas to be the fuel of the future. I am going to say that you buy more of it here. I am going to take that risk."

Phillip Morris (NYSE:PM), Altria (NYSE:MO): "I own Altria, which has a bigger yield, and doesn't grow as much, and I think that Altria is better. But I am certainly never going to say that people shouldn't own PM. A very well-run company. It's the international arm of the tobacco business."

Cree (NASDAQ:CREE), Cypress Semiconductors (NASDAQ:CY): " I happen to think Cypress Semiconductor is cheaper. But Cree has been a winner... it has been explosive, and it used to be a heavily-shorted name. It is on fire. I want you to stick with it because it's part of the tsunami. It is really doing well, and the semiconductors? They've got pin action!"

Exxon (NYSE:XOM): "How much? 70% of your stocks are in Exxon?...That is an outrage! I need you, right now, tomorrow morning... even though I like Exxon... I need you to cut that position in half! You... you are riding around with no diversification!"

Bearish Calls:

Allscripts Healthcare Solutions (NASDAQ:MDRX): "I'm saying ka-ching, ka-ching... let's ring the register and bring home some profits. Healthcare reform may very well be history."
