Cramer recommended Alliant Tech (ALT) on Obama's announcement of an increased troop deployment to Afghanistan. He also suggested buying Apache (APA) and Freeport McMoRan (FCX) because these companies are "willing to go where nobody else is willing to go," countries like Afghanistan and Cuba, for instance.

Cramer thinks the agriculture sector has "big legs" and thinks Monsanto (MON) will rise another 6-7 points. He also thinks a bottom has formed in fertilizer and would buy Potash (POT).
