Chevron (CVX), Peabody (BTU), Arch Coal (ACI), Exxon Mobil (XOM), and BP (BP): The current stealth rally is bypassing coal, says Cramer who notes the difference between this upswing and the rally on May 11. This time around, commodities are down, the Fed is not threatening to deflate growth and raw materials have dropped. "We've got a rosier atmosphere," says Cramer who notes the performance of CVX which is up 5% as oil continues to decline and will probably fall below $60. Cramer suggests taking advantage of cheap coal to pick up BTU and ACI and notes that managers at these companies must have the feeling that XOM and BP are getting ready to snap them up.
