Recap of Jim Cramer’s comments on Stop Trading! Thursday Sept. 29. Click on a stock ticker for more analysis:

U.S. Steel (X), Reliance (RS), Oregon (OS) Allegheny (ATI) and Nucor (NUE): Cramer says that investors worried about a steel glut should bear in mind that there are two types of steel stocks. First there is commodity steel such as U.S. Steel which suffers the most when there is a glut. Cramer recommends specialty steel companies such as OS, RS and ATI which are inexpensive and selling at five to six times earnings. He also notes that the demand for structural steel is up 8% which is good news for Nucor.

Altria (MO): Cramer reiterates his bullish stance on Altria and believes that it is going to 100 from 77 because CEO Irene Rosenfeld is turning around Kraft. "She is the best in the business," he said.
