Below is a chart we found interesting that shows the difference between the price to earnings ratios of the S&P 500 and DJIA. It subtracts the DJIA's p/e from the S&P's p/e and shows that the DJIA's is currently higher. We quickly looked at the last 10 years and found that it's the only time the spread has been negative.
