Even With the Dow at New Highs, Global Market ETFs Are Not Especially Overbought

Even though the Dow is making new highs, global markets are not extremely overbought as our model shows below. Most ETFs are trading above the top of their trading ranges, but are not near their theoretical highs. The emerging markets ETF, Canada, Brazil and South Africa are even trading at the bottom of their normal ranges.
