An Update On Spark Networks: Still Mispriced

Since I penned my last article on Spark Networks (NYSEMKT:LOV) ("Spark" or "the company"), the stock price has gyrated capriciously. While some may look at the volatility as risk, I look at it as opportunity for both nimble traders and long-term investors.

Rather than looking to the market as a guide for revealing the underlying value of a subject company, I view volatility as an opportunity to obtain mark downs on the same, high-quality goods. After Spark's stock dropped nearly 8% after reporting Q3 earnings, I think the company has become a better buy.

The underlying economics or business model have not changed. Spark still provides investors with an underfollowed, scalable internet play, with a growing subscriber base...
