Stocks discussed on Jim Cramer's Stop Trading! TV segment, Monday February 1.

Art Technology (ARTG), J.C. Penney (NYSE:JCP), Verizon Communication (NYSE:VZ), Exxon Mobil (NYSE:XOM), XTO Energy (XTO)

Cramer said Art Technology's (ARTG) secondary offering will be “the first good deal of 2010... People should get in on it.” He added the stock has been knocked down so much that it is a deal. Art Technology is an e-commerce play that has high profile clients like J.C. Penney (JCP), Verizon Communications (VZ). ARTG has good earnings and "is a great commerce story."

Cramer said this time Exxon Mobil (XOM) "didn't do so badly" in the earnings report, but Cramer said he was disappointed that Exxon didn't say anything about the XTO Energy (XTO) acquisition.
