by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Wednesday December 4.

Bullish Calls:

KeyCorp (NYSE:KEY): "I like KeyCorp. My charitable trust owns it. Some guy downgraded it, and we were chuckling."

NXP Semiconductors (NASDAQ:NXPI): "That thing is such a red hot semi. Let's be careful. Let's take a little off the table. That has been the hottest there is."

General Motors (NYSE:GM): "I'd like to see you in GM (instead of Superior Motors)."

Magnum Hunter (MHR): "I like Magnum Hunter."

New York Community Bancorp (NYSE:NYCB): "I'll go with that. I've been on the fence, but you are fine with this stock."

Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ:SIRI): "I'd rather be in Sirius (than Cumulus Media)."

Neutral Call:

Ford (NYSE:F): "We are on the fence right now with Ford, because we think CEO Alan Mulally might leave, and we like Ford because of Mulally."

Bearish Calls:

Cumulus Media (NASDAQ:CMLS): "That is making a comeback...but I'd rather be in Sirius."

WPX Energy (NYSE:WPX): Cramer prefers Magnum Hunter.

Superior Industries (NYSE:SUP): "That is automotive products. We have had mixed success. I'm not going to recommend it."
