Jim Cramer's Real Money Radio Recap, Oct. 23

Google (GOOG), Starbucks (SBUX), Coca-Cola (KO), Tribune (TRB), Whole Foods (WFMI), Wal-Mart (WMT) - Cramer recommends getting some Google which will keep going up, and at $482 it inspires his confidence in the market and is sought after by every mutual fund. Cramer comments that "on an apples-to-apples basis" Google is cheaper than SBUX and WFMI. In spite of Cramer's misgivings about WMT, he thinks it could be headed up because it is investing its energy into improving stores. He also likes Coca-Cola and predicts that it is headed to $50. Cramer recommends Tribune only because private equity firms are looking to buy it for its TV assets and a buyer may run the business more efficiently.
Hail to the Chief (Executive)! Ford (F) and Wrigley (WWY) - Cramer comments that new CEOs often provide companies with a needed change especially if they are not connected with the company culture and are not afraid of making aggressive improvements. He says that this is the case with Ford and with WWY both of which are up. He suggests letting Wrigley come down a bit before buying.
Bullish calls:
Ameritrade (AMTD): Cramer tells investors not to be scared away from AMTD because of Bank of America's new free-trading scheme, which he says is not as good as it looks. He would use the opportunity to pick up AMTD.
Boeing (BA): This company has "great management" according to Cramer, is "killing those clowns at Airbus," and is going higher.
AMN Healthcare (AHS): This stock is a good play on the nursing shortage and Cramer recommends picking it up at $32.
Walgreen (WAG) and Rite Aid (RAD): Cramer does not think that these pharmacies will be hurt by Wal-Mart's cheap generic drugs.
USG (USG): Cramer says that this stock is "very right" and that those who imitate Warren Buffet and buy some are "going to make alot of money."
