Stocks discussed on Jim Cramer's Stop Trading! TV Segment, Friday February 12.

Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRK.A), Norfolk Southern (NYSE:NSC), Union Pacific (NYSE:UNP)

The S&P 500 fell on Friday as investors cleared some of their holdings to make room for Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRK.B) which is being added to the index. Cramer likes Berkshire for its exposure to rails which are a "great oligopoly" and can afford to raise rates almost as will given the dependence on rails for transporting goods. "I like every one of the rails," says Cramer. "Union Pacific (UNP) has got a lot of upside."
