Helen of Troy Limited (HELE) designs, develops, imports, markets, and distributes brand-name household, personal care, and healthcare/home environment consumer products in the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, and internationally. It's a small cap company with a market cap of only 1.56 Billion and $ 1.32 Billion in sales. At first sight the company is not very remarkable in any way but a closer look reveals it's currently investing heavily in future growth and this obscures its potential to achieve outstanding free cash flow. Excessive incentive compensation costs is taking a big bite out of operating margins. I expect margins to be restored to historical averages, either by normalizing compensation or other means.
