Eric Mindich's hedge fund firm Eton Park Capital has filed a 13G with the SEC with regard to shares of Pampa Energia (NYSE:PAM). The disclosure was made due to activity on March 2nd, 2010 and Eton Park now shows a 5.22% ownership stake in PAM with 3,188,840 shares. In its previous 13F filing which shows positions as of December 31st, 2009, Eton Park owned 1,999,590 shares. This means in the past three months, Eton Park has boosted its holdings 59.47% by adding 1,189,250 more shares.
