Jim Cramer's Real Money Radio Recap, Oct. 26

Lockheed (LMT), Joy Global (JOYG), Caterpillar (CAT), Bucyrus (BUCY) - Cramer believes that LMT is getting "killed" and pharma and HMOs are low in anticipation of a Democratic takeover of both Houses. Investors need to decide if they can "weather the pain" and take some stock off the table in case this happens. "Be aware of anything big -- big pharma, big HMO, big defense, big oil. These are all targets," he said. Cramer once would have said that Joy Global was "best in show" but once it missed its quarter the Street "turned on it" and the stock lost half its value. A listener asked how Joy could not be pick because there is a great demand for mining vehicles and its only competitor is Bucyrus (BUCY). However, Cramer replied that things are "still smoking" at Caterpillar and that it was a better buy.

Comcast (CMCSA), Disney (DIS), Verizon (VZ), EchoStar (DISH) - After too much time in the "wilderness" Comcast is now "one of the big ones, or among the top-five performers in the stock market for two decades," said Cramer. Analysts assumed that its bid for Disney was an act of desperation, and Comcast was constantly being beaten by VZ and DISH. "They were considered buffoons for trying to make a plain old cable business into a real growth story," comments Cramer, but now their future is "so bright."

Cramer on Demand Norfolk Southern (NSC) - After reporting a "good quarter" NSC moved up but Cramer says that it is too high now and would only buy it on a pullback.

Bullish calls:

Black & Decker (BDK): Cramer noted that this company reported a good quarter.
Fortune Brands (FO): "I believe Fortune Brands is going higher," Cramer said.
Arena Pharmaceuticals (ARNA): Cramer is not concerned about the decline in this stock and likes its cancer and obesity drugs. "When you see this type of decline in such a stock, you must pile up on it," Cramer said.
Chipotle (CMG): This stock is "here to stay" and Cramer likes the way the business is run.
Lennar (LEN): Cramer calls LEN a "great homebuilder" and suggests taking some off the table but leaving the rest to run.
Goldman Sachs (GS): Cramer "vastly prefers" this stock to Wells Fargo (WFC).
