For those who closely follow the tech world, the concepts of "wearable computing" and, more generally, the "internet of things" are nothing new, but like any technology innovation it takes broad consumer adoption to take off. I have little doubt these technologies will take off so it becomes a question of when, and more importantly, who will profit? In this article I will explore InvenSense (INVN), a provider of motion sensor technology that can be used in wearable computing devices, and I will attempt to discuss why this company has room to run despite a huge gain in 2013.
