Low-cost airlines coming to China

China's civil aviation regulator is expected to approve the country's
first private airline.
Some of China's new private airlines are expected to operate as low-cost carriers, and make travel more affordable. This continues the flurry of good news for online travel companies - including Ctrip (ticker: CTRP) and eLong (ticker: LONG).
