by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Monday April 19.

Bullish Calls:

Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE:CMG): "Expanding in Europe, putting up great numbers… the new A stores look fabulous.. I have got to tell you, I am a screaming buyer of CMG… screaming buyer right at this level… I am glad that you brought that up, because I really like it."

AT&T (NYSE:T): "I think that it is a buy, you reinvest those dividends… we get a little bit of comeback in business…that stock is going to be right at $30."

Forest Laboratories (NYSE:FRX): "Man, I think that thing was beaten up like a red-headed stepchild… I wanted to step in and buy it… I knew those drugs weren’t that good… people were really worried about that drug approval... I will tell you how I feel about this, there is a lot of other stuff at Forest Labs… this is not a one-trick pony... I want to pull the trigger right now… take advantage of that decline… let’s do some buying."

American Tower (NYSE:AMT): "Oh man, has this stock been going down lately… it should not be… this company is the solution for a lot of these carriers, including AT&T… we need more antennas."

Bank of America (NYSE:BAC): "I have got to tell you, Brian Moynihan and the team of Bank of America, including the Merrill Lynch people, delivered an amazing quarter… lost in the shuffle... totally lost in the shuffle… that, it is going to turn out that that merger was a very good one between Bank of America and Merrill."

Standard Pacific (SPF): "Knocked down .28 cents today… I am a buy, buy, buyer… I would pull the trigger right here... multiple times."

Windstream (NASDAQ:WIN): "I would still rather have the safety of Windstream which we have now been behind for almost 3 points… I would rather see you in that… I would say Windstream… and I say don’t buy, don’t buy Frontier."

M/I Homes (NYSE:MHO): "M/I Homes is okay… now, we have got a number today that was really good but again, it was lost in the shuffle… people say that that is a bad number… they did not do the homework."

Neutral Call:

Intuitive Surgical (NASDAQ:ISRG): "I thought that quarter looked good… I know the stock ran, but it got hit on what I thought was a good quarter… so I feel like I have got to take myself out of the running and not venture an opinion… because I still cannot figure out why the stock went down… so why should I be able to figure out what would drive it back up… better just to own and admit than try to be clairvoyant and get hurt."

Bearish Calls:

Frontier Communications (NYSE:FTR): "Look, I know that that 12% is enticing… but I would rather see you in Windstream...don’t buy, don’t buy Frontier."
