Stocks discussed on the lightning round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Thursday April 22.

Bullish Calls

Intel (INTC): "I was itching to buy it at opening today… I cannot pull the trigger like that… it was unbelievable… the stock has not taken off ... after that great quarter… I have never seen Intel this cheap… I want to buy it."

Citigroup (C): "I'd rather see you in Citigroup (than Annaly Capital)."

SBA Communications (SBAC): "Here is my target, you had better call AT&T (because AT&T) is just an unbelievable data hog… SBA is one of the solutions…"

Ciena (CIEN): "I reiterate my buy Ciena and I think it is a $30 stock that is masquerading here at $17."

Baltic Trading (BALT): "We want to buy Baltic Trading because it is down big from where we thought it should be a sell."

Bearish Calls

Qualcomm (QCOM): "I think this company has become a serial disappointer… they raise and then they cut, then they raise then they cut… I am issuing a very strong sell, sell, sell…it is a train wreck."

Annaly Capital Management (NLY): "No, too hard for me… too hard for this guy… I want a don’t buy, don’t buy… I don’t know, you know you have to be worried about mortgage rates right here… you have got to be worried about what the Fed is doing… I have got enough headaches… I would rather see you in Citigroup."

El Dorado (EGO), Agnico Eagle Mines (AEM), SPDR GoldShares ETF (GLD): "El Dorado is one of our favorite gold stocks… now that said, is this the season to own Gold ETF? I say you let it come in… I feel that right now it is 'do not buy" territory… same thing for Agnico-Eagle… gold will start percolating in June because of the Indian wedding season."

DryShips (DRYS): "DryShips no, we are not a buyer of that…"
