Steel Partners Increases Brink's Holding

In an amended 13D filing">amended 13D filing on The Brink's Company (BCO), Steel Partners disclosed a 3.88 million share stake in the company. This is up from the 3.77 million share stake the firm disclosed in a quarterly filing with regulators.
The firm noted they bought 42K shares on 11/02 at $52.61 and 68K shares on 11/03 at $52.54.
