Pepsi (PEP): Cramer remarks that the company's snacks business is "taking a cliff walk" since trans-fats are being thrown out in favor of more healthy food options. "Stay away," warned Cramer.

Cumulus (CMLS), Limited (LTD), TJX (TJX), Sonic (SONC) Jack in the Box (JBX) and Outback (OSI): Cramer would also stay away from stocks which are caught up in the private equity bidding frenzy. Concerning the prospective buyers, he comments, "They can't find a balance sheet they don't want ... They'll take private anything." Targets include CMLS, LTD, TJX, SONC, and JBX.
